- Be sure area is clean and dry. If possible take a warm shower beforehand to open pores.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Take before/after pictures, preferably a front and side shot, at the same distance and angle if possible. It is imperative to see your before/after pictures side by side. Our critical eyes make it difficult to see the changes.
- Remove, unfold, then place on desired body part. Use saran wrap, panty hose, ace bandages or tight fitting clothes to hold the wrap in place, and wear for a minimum of 45 minutes (up to 6 hours).
- MOST IMPORTANT: You must drink at least 16 oz of water during the wrap process, and half your body weight in ounces each of the three days for the wrap to work, and to avoid flu-like symptoms and/or headache. Avoid diet soda and all other artificial sweeteners during your 72 hour transformation. If possible, do not eat fast food, fried foods or excess sugar.
- After removing the wrap, rub the excess cream into the area you removed it from, and try not to bathe or shower for at least 4-6 hours afterwards. Discard wrap.
- You can also cut it into 2 pieces and use each half to wrap your inner/outer thighs, arms or use 1/2 on your chin. Use saran wrap, ace bandages, headbands or shape-wear to hold in place.
- Remember to take your “after” pictures immediately after removing the wrap AND at the 72 hour mark.
- IF you don’t see any change immediately after removing or you seem to have “gained,” you are experiencing bloat. Roughly 10% of clients bloat. Continue drinking your water, as usually those who bloat will see the biggest improvement at the end of 72 hours.
